Miscellaneous Information is where all the useful and important information that doesn’t quite fit under any other category resides. However, not all will most likely be covered, so if you still have questions above anything, don’t hesitate to ask!
In this thread, you will find information about warnings, meetings, allies, and more. Again, if you still have questions, shoot a message to a Super Rank, who will most likely have an answer for you.

| WARNINGS |
Warnings are given out as punishment to misdeeds in our group. Warnings can and will be given out to guests, customers, low ranks, medium ranks, and high ranks if needed. There are certain things that you can be warned for, and vary depending on your rank. Need to know information about warnings should be provided here.
You can get warned for -
- Lack of grammar (staff only)
- Disrespectful behavior
- Cursing on group property
- Being rude
- Admin Abusing (Supervisor + only)
- Being Inappropriate
- Refusing to listen to staff
- Spamming
- Promoting/Demoting/Warning without reasoning (MR + only)
- Changing the shout without permission
- Shouting Incorrectly
- Not following the Code of Conduct for both Le Cafe de la Mar and ROBLOX
For guest and customer warnings, if someone has reached three warnings, they will then be kicked from the server by a Supervisor +. If the same person returns after being kicked, they may be banned. For Low Ranks, if three warnings are reached, they will be demoted. For Medium Ranks +, if three warnings are reached, they will be demoted as well. LR warnings only last for a server, once the server has restarted, their warnings reset. MR + warnings are kept track of on Trello, and will be erased once a month has passed, or the person has gotten a promotion.

| MEETINGS |
A monthly meeting is held on the 21st of each month at 7:00 PM EST. All ranks are welcomed to attend, only Super Ranks may host the meeting. MR + may be on the board of the meeting, there are seven board members. To become a board member, message the host of the meeting beforehand and ask them. Board members may only speak at the meeting with direct permission from the host, or to address a topic that has been approved by the host. The meeting will address updates within the group and allow time for suggestions and questions. Once the meeting has concluded, the host should release a forum post with updates onto the shout and [SHOUT LOCK].

| ALLIES |
A lot of staff and group members have groups of their own. We would be happy to ally with some of these groups! To be eligable to be allied with, send Sparklezzz11 a message containing a link to your group and answers to the following questions.
1. What is your group name?
2. Is your group active on a daily basis?
3. What is your group about?
4. How many members are in your group?
5. Why would you like to ally with Le Cafe de la Mar?
Then, submit an ally request to Le Cafe de la Mar, and it will be either accepted or rejected. If accepted, your group will regularly be monitored by Super Ranks, and if inactivity is noticed, the group will be removed from the allies.

| TRELLO |
Trello is a very important aspect of being an MR +, and is also mentioned in the MR/HR guidelines section of the handbook. In a nutshell, Trello is a small business organizational website that most ROBLOX groups use to keep track of information regarding promotions, demotions, trollers, warnings, etc. It is free and non-downloadable. If you have gotten Trello and you are a Interviewer in Training +, message a Board of Directors + to add you to the Main Trello and Session Sign Up Board.

| RESIGNATIONS |
This mainly regards MR/HRs, but if you are to resign, it is recommended that you leave a resignation notice instead of just leaving the group. That way, if it has been less than twenty four hours and you decide you would like your job back, you can still get your rank back.
NOTE: If you resign without leaving a notice and decide you want your rank back, it will not be granted, as the resignation notice serves as proof that you did indeed have the rank and that is has been less than twenty four hours.

| MR/HR TRAININGS |
MR/HR Trainings are held every Friday at 7:00 PM EST, and only an SR can host them. All MR + ranks are welcome to attend. It will simply go over the basic procedures of how to be an MR + and test your knowledge. They are highly recommended to attend and won’t be cancelled unless there is no available host or the monthly meeting is on that date.
