Roblox says my friends are not in a game.

I have been having this issue for weeks now. It sometimes tells me that a friend is not in a game, even though they are. Roblox+ detects that they are in a game however Roblox doesn't. Also when I try to follow them( using Roblox+) it says that have left the game. I tried refreshing.

Having that issue as well. Until it's fixed, you could always search them in the server lists, although it's a hassle.

Clearing your cache sometimes works, worked for me on various occasions. Ctrl + Shift + R

I've been having this sideline for a month almost. They are in a game but it says online. I even tested it with my laptop and computer, laptop was on a game and I used my second account to look at "Kendila" profile & it said online so matter how many times I refreshed or even restarted the site

Unfortunately, this is on-going issue with ROBLOX that is not unknown. I've heard that players emailing ROBLOX Technical Support regarding this error are getting replies that it is known and is hoped to be fixed sometime in the near future. Although I have not gone through this error lately myself, I have come across it multiple times in the previous months. I assume this is no longer as common of a problem but certainly should be addressed before players can no longer use the 'Follow Player' feature whatsoever.
