Oasis Apparel - Staff Code of Conduct Whether it's improving safety and reliability, delivering better service for our customers, or earning back their trust and confidence, all of us at Oasis Apparel are working hard to ensure that our company is on a solid foundation for the future. Strong performance is critical to our success, but just as important is how we go about achieving results - with honesty and respect, without taking shortcuts, and by operating ethically and with integrity in all that we do. To help guide and align our behaviors as we make business decisions that impact our daily operations, we rely on our Staff Code of Conduct, which outlines our values and describes our standards for conduct, compliance, and avoiding conflicts of interest. It supports our continuing commitment to honest and ethical conduct and compliance rules, and regulations, and our company's policies, standards, and procedures. BEHAVIOR Staff members are required to be mature at all Oasis Apparel related places, this means you aren't disrespecting, insulting, or making rude remarks about anyone. Also, you are required to use grammar at all group places. If you make a mistake in your grammar practices, correct it. Staff members will be confronted and consulted in a proper manner if we find you behaving wrongly or slacking in grammar. 2. RESPONSIBILITY All Oasis Apparel staff members are responsible for all their actions, including attending training sessions, company meetings, working consistently around the homestore, and hosting interviews and/or training sessions if you have the ability to do so. Acting irresponsibly will get you a consequence. 3. ADMIN Abusing your admin abilities is not tolerated if you have the ability to use admin. Our admin only has basic commands you need to fulfill your duties, but using admin for your own enjoyment and not for company purposes is prohibited. - Oasis Apparel Senior Managers and higher have full admin abilities at the Interview & Training Centers. - Oasis Apparel Managers through Chairman of the Board have basic admin abilities at the Restaurant. - Oasis Apparel Chief Staff Officers through the President himself have full admin abilities at all Oasis Apparel places. 4. DRESS CODE Our staff members should dress appropriately and professionally at Oasis Apparel places. This does not mean wear a suit, but present yourself nicely and take what you wear to Oasis Apparel into consideration. Lower Ranks have freedom to wear what they want, but at anytime, they can choose to wear our uniform and purchase it from the group store. Our Managers+ CAN wear what they want. This is their choice. We allow you to have freedom in clothing, but if you want to wear our uniform, that would be respectful. Package Policy: Oasis Apparel employees have the freedom to wear whatever package they please to wear but there is one restriction. You CANNOT wear any packages that take away the Oasis Apparel Uniform, even if you are not working. Approved Packages You Are Allowed To Wear: - No Package At All - The Robloxian 2.0 - The ROBLOX Boy Package - The ROBLOX Girl Package (Newer One) - The ROBLOX Girl Package - The Man & The Woman Package - The Bro Package - The Superhero Package - The Gunslinger Package - The CoolKid McAwesome Package NOTE: If you are wearing a package at a Oasis Apparel game and its not on this list you are breaking the Oasis Apparel Dress Code! Also, NO ROBLOX T-SHIRTS ALLOWED. For example, no body hair t-shirts, pins, etc. Hair extensions are allowed through t-shirts if you want that for girls. 5. Promotions Promotions are a big part for many at Oasis Apparel. One big rule about promotions, if to NOT ASK FOR PROMOTIONS. This means don't ask to be a Interviewer, or the CEO, you have to earn it by going through the ranks like everyone else. Also, do not spam the wall or continuously ask for Point Checks, they will be hosted when they can be hosted. Everyone has lives too.
