This is the procedure that anyone who wants to do an interview must follow.
1. First you must decide who is hosting and co-hosting interviews, the session times are already planned out so you must follow them. The host will be shouting the interviews and their times. The host must be a Management Team+
2. After you have picked your host and co-host, the host much shout using this template:
" INTERVIEWS || Starting at (Time) || Host: (Name) || Co-Host: (Name) " This must be shouted 30 minutes before interviews begin
3. The host and co-host must go to the interview center 10 minutes before interviews start.
4. Once all of the interviewers and there are customers there, you can start by making sure no one has safechat by going up to each person and saying: "Say c7rn" if no one has safechat you can start going over the rules:
-You must always use grammar while being interviewed.
-Be nice to your interviewer and do not get mad if you do not pass the interview.
-You must answer a question in 1 minute or you will be kicked for being afk during an interview.
5. Once the rules have been gone over, start getting the interviewers to pick people to interview (Up to 2 people at a time)
6. The interviewers will take their applicants to a room and begin the interview by asking them the interview questions:
-How did you find Ristretto?
-What are your goals in Ristretto?
-Please correct the following sentence: "ristretto is da best cafe"
-Describe yourself in 3-5 words.
-Describe in detail what you think a Trainee Cashier does when working.
-Do you have any questions, comments or concerns that you need to share?
7. After the interview you must decide if you think the person you interviewed passed, if you don't know if they should've passed ask yourself:
-Did they use grammar?
-Were they nice to you?
-Did they use complete sentences to answer the questions you asked them?
8. Once you have decided if they passed or not, you can rank them or ask them to try again.
