Introduction:
The Roblox Assault team hereby declares war on Sleet Clan. After the CSP war Frostaria went into a state of external indecisiveness after losing the (then) Chairman of External Affairs, Shinedown204 better known as Rivalize. During this period of time, Sleet Clan has been a recurring foe both on and off the battlefield. They have raided Borealis & Sierra on many occasions and have attempted to ridicule and disrespect Frostaria as a whole. We Frostarians have grown tired of their constant taunting & show of aggression towards us.
Terms:
In the event that Sleet Clan accept this war, there are certain terms that must be met in order to make sure things move smoothly.
First to 30 wins
No exploiting
Updates to either party's base must be approved by both sides
There will be no cease fires unless agreed by both sides (RAT Chief of External Operations/Grand Admiral, & Sleet Clan Chancellor/Overlord)
RAT will be using Borealis, and Sleet Clan will be using Briscald (RAT Will use Sierra if Borealis seems to be too laggy)
Servers going un-defended for 10 minutes will count as a win, and any servers will be shutdown (i.e RAT is raiding Briscald and SC doesn’t defend, all servers at Borealis/Sierra will be shutdown)
Overtime will be allowed, for example if a group has the terminal at 11 PM EST, then they are allowed to keep raiding until they win. If a group does not have the terminal past the end of raiding times, the server will be shut down.
Group only scripts for RAT & Sleet Clan at both bases
More war terms will be negotiated with Sleet Clan representatives on a date that will be determined after they confirm that they accept our war.
In the event that Sleet Clan refuses to acknowledge our declaration of war, operations upon Sleet Clans homefront will persist until Frostaria has accumulated no less than 30 wins total at any official Sleet Clan base, or until Sleet Clan performs actions that render their base unraidable (i.e close forts, group ban rat, add in unfair updates).
Conclusion:
Sleet clan has 48 hours to speak to me regarding the war and a meeting for negotiations, otherwise we will accept their forfeit and proceed to accumulate 30 wins at any official Sleet Clan bases.
