I don't think it is fair to let not BC members not create clothes and create other things. It seems like there are many clothing and designing groups giving non-BC members permission to create clothes and advertisements, but it doesn't work out and most clothing and designing groups move a level down.
This is fair to pay actual money to get a bunch of better things but not with designs. Some people are sad that they need BC to do a bunch of things. It's just a game! Why money?
Some BC members think they like the idea so the others can get jealous, but when the BC expires, you get upset.
The rule should be changed, and ROBLOX should fix this.
