Allows users to transfer credit into robux

Meaning whenever you use a card to get roblox credit and buy something with a weird price (for example, $5.95 BC) it leaves you with an amount that you're unable to use on anything. We should be able to transfer this useless credit for robux. Have a conversion rate of $0.01 = whatever and allow us to convert it to robux. Yeah.
