On the North-Eastern parts of Europe during WW2, there were two countries at war. Finland against Russia, the Russians suffered military loss and had humiliating defeat of the war.

Modern day, the conflicts of nuclear aggresion begins, Finland was targeted for more land and resources. Thus creating another "Winter War". Finland, part of the scandinavian council recieved multiple of supports, the war continues as a humourous loss for Russia.

Russia, immediately push deeper and fought with a reckless will. Finland knew their capital, Helenski, will be sieged. Knowing the circumstances, they moved all of their military in Helenski. Russia, pushed deep and began the siege. Fires are shot, artillery sprayed everywhere, Helenski is nearly destroyed, physically and mentally. Russia stops their invasion and refocus on America.

The siege left the city in crumbles, Finland suffered much military loss and gave up. They then relocated much of their soldiers to America as a hospital and asylum. The Finnish would later occupy much of the hospitals and asylums in America, leaving their original land in deep scars.

Wasteland, the Finnish, currently in the Metros hears of the arriving Russians, they prepare their arms, readying. They call their supposed land," Helenski." Waiting for another siege or battle.
[ Summary ]
Finland wins a war during the World War, later on, another war starts, lose most of their land, they soon find themselves a siege on their capital, it gets badly damaged, they leave Finnish lands for recovery, finally, in the metros, they met Russians, and prepare for a war.
