Tracktown was founded in 2035, two years after the deadly nuclear exchange. It was founded by survivors from Rockport, Florida and led by Rockport Police Chief, John Track. He organized other survivors and surviving military and was able to fend off bandits, mutants, and other unspoken things with his Tracktown Militia until the greater organizations had their grasps in the region, cleansing it of many of the more ferocious groups and organizations. Unfortunately their leader, John Track was killed in 2045 by a rather large bandit raid and his last wish was to establish a democratic confederation. His followers abided and official named the small scrap town Tracktown in 2046 and elected its first Mayor. Today the town has a very small permanent residency but receives a lot of people who get lost in the sewers and stay the night or come for more malicious reasons. By 2067 the town has continued its ways and has recently elected its sixth mayor. The Militia will make attempts to help both USCPF and CDF if the time arises. In exchange they expect the same if they ever need it.
