Hi 123CANDYOMG,
If you have accidentally disabled your touchpad on Windows 10, you can try to enable it again by going to your 'Mouse Settings'. Try these steps to enable the touchpad again.
• Since you can't navigate your mouse, press the 'Windows' button on your keyboard.
• Type in "Mouse", and something called 'Mouse & touchpad settings' should come up.
• There should be a toggle to turn on/off your mousepad.
• If there isn't, go to the additional mouse options.
• Navigate to the Dell Touchpad tab.
• Now toggle the on/off for the touchpad.
If you are using Windows 8:
• Press and hold the Windows key, then press the 'q' key.
• In the search box, type "touchpad".
• Repeat the steps for Windows 10 from "There should be a toggle..."
If you are using an old Windows 7 or Vista:
• Press the Windows key, and search "Touchpad".
• Go to "Dell Touchpad".
• Toggle the touchpad on/off
Hope this helps, and reply to this forum post if it worked or didn't.
Regards, xSPx
