Influx Imperium and Federation of Exiles have agreed to a engage in war. The following is relevant information related to this upcoming war.

Raiding start date: January 3, 2017.
War Terms:
-First to win 15 raids total (Defensive wins count towards the raid score)
-No Allies
-Recruitment will be halted for the duration of the war. New members will remain in a "suspended" rank to give older members the chance to fight the war.
-A highrank with Admin must be present to initiate a raid, unless specific permissions are given by the leader of the defending team prior to the launch of the raid.
-No AutoWins
-14 Raider limit at both bases.
Raid Windows:
On weeknights, raids may launch between 5:00 PM EST and 8:30 PM EST
On weekends, raids may launch at any time given that HR's are online to host.
