Q1: why do you want to be an Hr? I like to be a HR because I like to command people and give orders, and to help complete trainings. Q2:What will you do as an Hr? I'd like to watch over people and to make sure they get a chance in mostly everything, and to benefit this group. Q3:How will you deal with a situation/problem? If people were being a nuisance and being annoying, I would give them warnings and if they don't listen, I would give them a punishment. If it was like problems with duties like trainings, I would try to resolve a solution. Q4: Explain what STS and SFL me### STS means shoulder to shoulder and that people are side by side in a straight line on a box in the floor. SFL me### single file line and that people will create 1 straight line behind their HR. Q1:I would like to be an HR to complete trainings and host them. Q2:To benefit this group, and to train my comrades to be better soldiers in the battlefield. Q1: I wish to be a military officer because I wish to train soldiers to be the best they can be on the battlefield. Q2: I will host trainings as much as I can and boost the discipline of the militia, also I will enforce the rules and discipline on the soldiers to ensure all soldiers be as mature as they can be. Q3: I will deal with a problem by asking what happened and hear from both sides of the argument, then I will tell them how to resolve the problem. Q.1 I want to be a HR to train all soldiers to be better at fighting,grammar and listening since a lot of people I've seen don't listen.Q.2 I will teach soldiers about leadership and teach about fighting tactics like popping out and flanks and I will teach HRs about admin.Q.3 I will give them 3 strikes and kick them if they don't stop if two are fighting I will pick spots for them if they fight from a distance I will give the 3 strikes and then kick them.Q4 STS means shoulder to shoulder which is a horizontal line SFL means single file line is a line thats vertical.
