TABLE OF CONTENTS Section I. Introduction Section II. Mandatory things to be done in a training Section III. Recommend things to be done in a training Section IIII. Conclusion ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section I. Introduction: This training guide is being put in place so all trainings run smoothly and efficiently. This training guide was made and provided by Vmaxium. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section II. Mandatory things to be in a training: There are somethings that need to be done in a training. For our men to be properly trained there is no room for flexibility in this list. Everything on this list must be done. Terms Faces - Left face, right incline, about face, etc Basic formations - This means all the formations like: Basic, Zama, Staggar(s), Wedge(s), etc. Chants Jumping jacks - A minimum of twenty (20) jumping jacks must be done. Health rotations NOTE: This list is not put in a certain order. You can change the order of these as long as they are all done in the training ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section III. Recommend things to be done in a training There are many good ways to train our men. Many officers have different ways of training and that is fine. Unlike the first list, this is just a small list of recommended things that can be done in a training. None of these things are mandatory. Team Deathmatch (TDM) Random series of commands - I (Vmaxium), like to do this thing where all the men are in basic and I yell random commands at them. It’s pretty much a test of everything they know. For example I may yell “Left face”, then “Ave Roma”, then “5 Jumping Jacks”, then “State Terms”. I make it quick and just see what the trainees really know. 1v1s 2v2s 2v1s 1v1v1s ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Lap(s) around the fort - Recommended amount: 1-2 laps
