I've recently purchased a game and felt so deceived. I paid for a game with 25 robux, and I regret the decision. If only there was a refund system put in place (Like valve does which has balances so that the system doesn't get exploited.). I'm not trying to be rude, but the audacity on some people to put up their trashy games on with a price, with misleading titles and previews is too damn high. There needs to be a way to reach satisfaction of the customer.

According to the Terms of Use (Which you agree to on account creation) "All purchases of products and services from us (including, without limitation, purchases of ROBUX, virtual items, and memberships) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law." I agree with your opinion. There are times where I've bought something, and I immediately regretted buying it. Like you said, rules can be changed.
