As it's been said Briscald is easy as heck to win at so I don't see why you're trying to justify that when FoA has won there outnumbered by SC, and the same can be said once you break the first floor barrier at Celeste II.
If you break RAT's hold then you win practically.

Nobody has won outnumbered at the 10v20 Celeste 2 all year.
The max was 14v16.

Resade has won at Hailstone outnumbered.
But these clans winning at this base and that base outnumbered/even numbers doesn't really matter much.
Currently the war is pretty one sided to RAT, and I just think you and company need to get on the SC TS3 to negotiate.
