Stop 'N' Eat Staff Code of Conduct. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Here at Stop N' Eat, our staff are expected to abide by the Staff Code of Conduct. Seen breaking the Code of Conduct will result in consequences. Staff are also required to abide by the customer Code of Conduct. You do not need to put on a Suit/Dress, but wear something that looks professional. This will result in the group looking professional to our customers that come and visit our restaurant. While working behind counter you are expected to wear the uniform, but when supervising wear appropriate clothing. MATURITY- All staff members in Stop N' Eat are expected to act mature, and always on their best behavior. This includes using grammar, and abiding by the Staff Code of Conduct. Any complaints from customers about immaturity or disrespect from you will lead to consequences being taken towards you. Stop N' Eat is a mature group, and you are expected to live up to that standard. STAFF RESPONSIBILITY- All Staff Members are responsible for their own actions. For MR's and HR's, you are required to host Interviews/Trainings weekly, and deal with group issues that need resolved. You are also to be regularly supervising at the restaurant. All employees taking orders are expected to get the order right, and be professional while taking orders. We do not want to receive any complaints of customers with any problems about their order not correct, or you acting immature/disrespectful while taking orders. PROMOTIONS- Here at Stop N' Eat, you can be promoted by attending trainings. This is the only way you may be promoted. This is due to each new rank having a different task; which you need to learn. Complaining about trainings, or getting promotions will lead to your demotion. ADMIN- Here at Stop N' Eat Admin abuse is not tolerated with any rank that has received admin. You using a prohibited admin command can cause chaos inside the restaurant. This will lead to your demotion or warning depending on the seriousness of it. You are only to use admin commands to deal with problems, and protect the cafe. Not for your own enjoyment. We do not currently have a list of approved commands, however use common sense of which ones are prohibited. When you have consequences for abusing your admin don't complain. This also applies with ranking people. Do not abuse your ranking power, shout power, or any other group admin power.
