Iron Shield Manual of Arms:

This document comprehensively covers all the knowledge recruits require and all the content in this manual must be learnt by all recruits of the Iron Shield, and will be required to advance through the ranks. All ranks should refer to this manual when unable to recall drills from memory.

You may not be in any other Sell swords than Iron Shield, if your caught doing work for any other Sell swords of Game of Thrones Company you will be exiled immediately.

【SECTION 1: REGULATIONS】
All personnel of the Iron Shield are to hereby address their superiors in the correct manner. Any personnel above your rank is to be addressed as 'Sir', or 'Ma'am', if you are to be addressing a knight say 'Ser, (their RP name)'. Any personnel that is a high rank in Iron Shield is to be addressed by their rank. (make sure to capitalize and spell out the name, not just the initials)

All personnel of the Iron Shield you are to show respect to each other, including respect to their opinions or beliefs as all personnel are entitled to an opinion which is properly voiced. Disrespect and treasonous talk will be punished swiftly and at a level meeting the severity of the matter. Also remember that all High Ranks have been trained higher than you and are put there for a reason, do not go against their word or punishment will take place.

All members of the iron Shield are required to wear the correct uniform. Failure to wear the correct uniform, or wearing a uniform you are not entitled to wear will result in punishment. If you are unable to afford the uniform, pm your Highest ranking military officer.

All members of the Iron Shield are on duty when they have the Iron Shield armor on. Correct grammar, maturity and disciplined are required at all times while on duty, as well as respecting your Superiors and personnel of a lower rank than you. If you wish to be able to go off duty buy the off duty uniform.

If a Captain+ tells you your name is incorrect or not following this template, change it at once, do not back talk or disagree with him/her as this title is something you must have if on duty. Refusing to have the correct title can earn you suspension.

There are 4 services the Iron Shield will be offering:

Security/Guards - Enlisting a guard lasts for a day or specific event (war, battle, etc)
- Single Guard:.........................................20R$
- Two guards:...........................................40R$
- Three Guards:.........................................60R$
- Four Guards:..........................................80R$
Wars/Battles - The Iron Shield is also well-known for its assistance in battles or wars. For this type of assistance charges will be made per battle fought. With this purchase, the minimal prices will be:
- Warring The Crown:............................. 1000R$
- Protecting the crown:.......................... 900R$
- Attacking or Defending a LP title:....... ......400R$
- Vessalize Battle................................300R$
- Small battle or skirmish:...................... 200R$
Outbid : You may Outbid any of the services we are bought for a higher price of the original. The price varies depending on what you are outbidding.

Our main/only genre is Functionized Genre. You may do contracts at every other genre, but will only get paid if the contractor buys the correct t-shirt.

Guarding contracts last 24 hours until pardoned. You may be pardoned when you ask to leave. If you leave without being pardoned, you will not receive a pay and another replacement will take your pay if one does come.

To receive a contract, you must either ask someone to hire you, or be asked by someone else. The prices are in the Contract Forum, and on the group store. Once a contract is completed, PM me so I can give you your Robux.

We do not attack the Kings guard, City Watch members, Lord Paramount's, Small Councilmen, the Hand of the King, and the King himself. We do not guard Random killers and help them RK. If so, the contract will be voided.

【SECTION 4: COMBAT】
This is the most important for the Iron Shield, as there is not to be said on the topic, fighting is everything. We must be the best at all fighting from wars, to dueling and even having the best strategic commanders. Troops that have better fighting skills will be more praised than the others, that means getting more contracts and respect within our self's. Yet that does not mean that we will ignore the new fighters. All will be trained to be the best. Never not try, always aim to be the best!

The Iron Shield will have tourneys to see who is the best, a Iron Shield champion will be selected each week. This will be our best fighting member at the time. This is only a title, but a respected one.

【SECTION 5: TRAINING】
NOTE: This is for Captains+ but can be refereed to by Knights- to be aware of what will take place in training.

Training commands:
- STS: Shoulder to shoulder
- SFL: Single file line
- PTS: Permission to speak, if this is in effect than you must ask "Permission to speak, ser/ma'am" and wait for granted or denied to see if you are allowed to talk or not. ("AFK" or "BRB" are acceptable, you must also step out of formation)
- MSQ: Must stay quiet, instead of having the ability to ask for permission to speak you may not speak at all, no matter. ("AFK" or "BRB" are acceptable, you must also step out of formation)
- Stances: These are auto orders of attack, you must follow your stance orders at all times.
- Formation: The set spots for each man to be standing in for strategic purposes.
- (Number)v(number): A specified couple of numbers to show how many men will be fighting.
- Gladiator: 2 teams, all in SFL on either side of the map, a 1v1 will happen at all times, if one person dies, the next person on the person's team will fight in his place till one team has lost all replacements.
- Guarding the VIP: Two teams will be assigned, one will defend the other will try to kill the VIP.
