It's just how the world works. See, have you guys ever heard of the hero's journey? I have something similar, it's called little jimmys journey. See, little jimmy starts out in a clan like rat. But in rat alone he cannot break the glass ceiling of skill to get into the "real" clan activities like raiding and defending. So when he comes of clan age, jimmy wanders off into the clan wasteland, joining "try hard" groups and startups trying to make a name for himself and get real experience. Eventually this comes full circle, as little jimmy is no longer little, and now has the skill and experience to partake in groups like FOL. Though it's just as likely that jimmy could become disillusioned with groups such as rat, seeing the next generations of jimmies living in the training matrix, never experiencing real lego battle. Some little jimmies never stop group hopping, constantly moving from group to group experiencing all sides of the clan world. These jimmies are well traveled and intelligent, seeing through the guises as they appear. The saddest fate for a jimmy is to never leave his home clan, and to simply become a middling hr who will never live outside of the training matrix and never fight and die in glorious lego battle. Superclans are littered with such jimmies, usually long gone from this game, their accounts remaining dead husks littering the upper ranks. Legends speak of a jimmy that will journey through all the clan communities before returning to his homeland to finally abolish the training matrix that saps new jimmies of their combat potential, leading them out into futile battle after futile battle |
