So, I am very confused right now. I go to an 1-2 hour long training at the Remington PD Training Center, for the trainers to pick random, or even :ff random, people who become the next rank. Why? Why do we attend a long training, using our precious time, so we can watch the people who pretty much failed become a higher rank than us. I mean this is just angering. 11+ K people in the group. Just so 5-10 people can be promoted each training. How are you making progress through that? My suggestion: Do not randomly promote people. Actually pay attention to what goes on during the training. Promote the people who NEED to be promoted. Not those who want. Sincerely, MINECRAFTER9035

If they can't choose they should start paying attention.

Sir, we want to be promoted because we put time and effort into training. How do you think we feel when we do good at training and don;t get promoted because there are too many people.
