Greetings, as well as many of you know, if you do not; I am Imagawa Yoshimoto, Daimyo of the Imagawa Clan, and Ruler of the Tokaido Region.
In the event that SamuraiReturns is removed from the governmental spot of Daijo-Daijin; I wish to be elected into the position.
Many of you know me as an aggressive warlord, but this has nothing to do with me gaining power. The Government is designed to protect the people, and I wish to help the people in anyway that I can. I am not a builder; but I have a bunch of architects under my rule that can build for people if need be.
The job of the Daijo-Daijin is to oversee the court ## ###### and be a manager for the other governmental positions under it; I believe I can manage this role. With my position, I wish to really be an active member of the court, and make sure that peoples voice is heard; I have a couple of complaints that I have taken the time to pile together, and I promise as Daijo-Daijin, I will fix the following.
1. Petitions not being fully brought to the court
--- Their have been a bunch of petitions that I have seen, and these petitions have been signed by nearly half of the Daimyo; and even samurai in Japan. These petitions have had no further movement than the signing, and I am aware that these people await the day that the court will recognize the petition fully and hear them; but it has been too long, this day should've came the second it got enough petitions. I have put together inforation, that I have confirmed their are 28 ACTIVE Daimyo in Japan.
As Daijo Daijin; I wish to bring to the court the initial numbering of petitions. As their are 28 active Daimyo in Japan; if a petition can reach 16 Daimyo signatures; it will officially be brought to the court. You can feel free to send it DIRECTLY to me, and I WILL make sure that this is brought to the court, and their WILL be a hearing on it.
2. The ability for the rest of Japan to be involved in the development of Feudal Japan, our main genre group
--- I honestly was not with this idea at first; until I really saw how the people like our Tenno, Go-Tsuchimikado, our Kampaku, KabuShiNato, and Tenryu leader, TakamiyaKenji coming together to fix what was broken; after LadyAka and Aoi both failed to do their jobs. I am impressed at how the community can band together, and work to solve problems. I promise that I will PUSH and FIGHT if need be to get the people involved in the development team. LadyAka and Aoi cannot do everything; they do not rule this genre. WE DO!
3. Foreigners in the genre
Normally this decision would fall into the hands of the Shogun. We currently have no Shogun at the moment. Therefore, I wish to fully work on the fact of appointing foreigners in the genre. I know some people wish to be allied with Britan, and other outside countries; I wish to push for this to allow them to have some integration in the Feudal Japan map system. I WILL ONLY DO THIS IF THE PEOPLE WANT THIS! If I however do not have enough signatures; as I wish to make this a petition, then it will not be done.
4. Battlegrounds laggy
--- I have been in situations myself that the FJ battlegrounds have failed our computers, and have caused us to lag out of a situation; which could be the deciding factor in a close battle if one lags and dies because of it. I wish to work with the developer team along with the Court to make sure that these grounds because as less laggy as possible.
As that is all I have down to campaign for; I fully wish to announce that I wish to run for Daijo-Daijin, and if SamuraiJack is not removed from Daijo-Daijin; this will also be my petition to run for Sadaijin.
I wish to be involved in Japanese politics, and help the people as much as I can. Remember, you have the voice. Together, we can make this one of the best genre's in Japan!
If this in anyway helps my portfolio, I am one of the oldest Daimyo's in Japan; and being in this genre for this long, I have seen it's uprisings, and falls. I also was the Kanrei of the late Tokugawa Shogunate. I have also held many other posts in unions, and organizations in Japan.
I want to become Daijo-Daijin for the voice of the people, and to ensure that the future positions of Sadaijin, and Udaijin, and the court as a whole function correctly. The Emperor can't do this by himself can he?

Gomenasai, my name is Ken-Sama.
I’m a 27 year old American Otaku (Anime fan for you gaijins). I draw Anime and Manga on my tablet, and spend my days perfecting my art and playing superior Japanese games. (Disgaea, Final Fantasy, Persona series)
I train with my Katana every day, this superior weapon can cut clean through steel because it is folded over a thousand times, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my sword license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.
I speak Japanese fluently, both Kanji and the Osaka dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about Japanese history and their bushido code, which I follow 100%
When I get my Japanese visa, I am moving to Tokyo to attend a prestigious High School to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become an animator for Studio Ghibli or a game designer!
I own several kimonos, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Japan, so I can fit in easier. I bow to my elders and seniors and speak Japanese as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.
