I’ve been kinda iffy to start a actual thread, but here goes nothing...
So I have had this idea for a long time regarding hats, and decided to finally share it.
I'm sure many people are familiar with the hats like Sparkling Wings and such that have that sparkle effect to them (You put them on, and in-game they “sparkle” obviously). I was thinking Roblox could have a special line of hats (like...Fedoras?) that have another effect to them: Glow in the Dark.
Personally, I enjoy games that have dark lighting to them. Mainly horror games. Imagine having a hat that whenever you enter a darkened place (or even a lightened place?) It started to emit a strong glow of whatever the hat color was or supported (I.e. a purple hat would have a purple glow, a blue hat would have a blue glow, you get the idea hopefully)...
They could even feature some hats that were rainbow glow in the darks, or disco themed, or something along those lines.
I don't know if this can be scripted, if they've already existed, or if it's a bad idea. I'm just throwing my own idea out in the open to hopefully gain support. I never do my research so yeah...

Sounds like a good idea. But I think the hat should cost like probably around 1000 or something because it has a special effect better than sparkles.

It should have a rather short range so that it's not lighting up the entire game, maybe just the area around you.

But not everyone plays those kind of games??
Plus, the hat would probably just have like a faint glow to it or whatnot- even if someone tried to "cheat the system" it wouldn't give em a big advantage. |

@Clothin yeah, that's a good idea. Just so the hat doesn't bother the lighting and other players as well. If the light was too much, it would like distract people or something.
