Naruto Final Bond Sub-Hoshikage/Council Application

This application will be split up into 4 parts. Abilities/misc, Professionalism and ideas, Trivia, and an in-game test. The first 3 parts will be completed here, but the fourth part will test your ability to do certain things, not all relating to fighting. -- Part One: Abiilities -- .What is your in-game special? .What level are you .How active are you from 1-10 .Do you utilze all your jutsu or a certain inventory? -- Part Two: Professionalism and Ideas -- .Can you be professional (Use grammar, act appropriate for your rank, Talk in complete Sentences etc...)? .Do you think you could look like a Council+ at all times while playing this game, what experiences do you have at being professional? .What is a council/sub and why do you want to be at this position? .Why should I choose you over others and what qualities will you bring. -- Part Three: Trivia -- .Who were the first two Hoshikages (In order.)? What happened to them and where are they now? .Is the star village a cannon village? .How do I change my settings so that I can message or be messaged by anyone? .What can trello help me do?

.My special in-game is the sharingan .I am level 110, planning on getting to 200 before the month ends .From a scale from 1-10 I used to be a 8-9 but now I am not very active, but now I plan to play more so about a 7-9 .I do and use my jutsu sometimes in a certain manner, but sometimes(such as when I am playing around) just go random .I believe I can, the times I only be childish is if I play around .I think I can just some tweaks to my avatar in-game so yes, and I did fight the hoshikage(the first or Anonymous) and I know facts real well(depends on questions) .The council is a group of people who have a important role in the village, a sub-hoshikage is the second in command and nearly has all the roles of hoshikage, and I want to be at these positions because I want to help the village and change it in ways(but of course, I might need some "help" on that path) .Well... It depends on the other people's qualities even though I doubt you'll choose me but I plan on guiding others to aim higher and reach high for the stars!(get it...? sorry no playing around my bad...) .Anonymous and regret .No .Verify email .I am not sure what trello is...

my special is rine ######## im lvl 350 im active at 10 i put the one i use the most in order i can use graner act apropiate but i will have fun with them a lil but its joke i use to be a counil in the leaf i did exams a lot a council is the 2 person in role of group and sub is just the kage when leave and he is in control i want this so i can make this village strong and show the to be honest and respect the rules and be loyal i will bring other to village we will do exams a lot and i will be strict the first to kage were anony and shadow anony left and shadow was de ranked the star village is a cannon village go to the little bar and click it and go to settings and change them yes i can help

my special is senju sage lvl 113 i act silly but can be nice respect rules and wanna help the village and i prefer to do work more than goof off and to be good active at 10
