The New Atlanta Relief Unit was founded in the middle of summer 2096, as a non-profitable organization by Amir Y. Zilberschlag, a Jewish man from Gaza, Isreal who immigrated to Georgia in 2093 to avoid any Religious Conflict happening in Gaza. Amir Y. Zilberschlag started to organize small health organizations in New Atlanta and Southside, but they were minor organizations that failed within months in both locations and he stopped creating organizations till the summer of 2096. When the summer of 2096 happened, Amir Y. Zilberschlag formed the New Atlanta Relief Unit Organization, or NARUO when he heard about the Cholera Outbreak in Columbus, a couple miles outside of New Atlanta. Amir Y. Zilberschlag learned about John Snow, a English Physician who lead the adoption of medical hygine and anesthesia who combated the Cholera outbreaks in England during the 1800s through his life time, which he learned with the few books he read about medical hygine owned by his father. He started to treat some Cholera patients, by letting them drink water, glucose, telling them to get a healthy hyginetic habit, such as washing hands, stop vomiting on the streets, or even manuering on the street, as both vomiting and diarrhea were symptoms of Cholera. Amir also learned how it could spread, by filthy water, flies would carry cholera from landing in someone's diarhea, and then landing onto someone's hand or someone's food, spreading cholera from just water, vomit, and diarrhea, to hands and food. Volunteers started to distribute suppplies from NARUO to infected Columbus citizens, and soon left some phamplets about how to treat Cholera in Columbus. The New Atlanta Relief Unit Organization soon removed "Organization" from their name, as they started to treat more people in Southside and Northside to prevent Epidemics, Pandemics, and Outbreaks in both the South and North, and started to treat other dieases in Georgia. NARU started to distribute supplies to citizens in Southside, but frequently experince shortages of supplies often, due to too much distribution of supplies. Amir lives quietly in Southside, and still runs the New Atlanta Relief Organization to this day.
