Hello all new recruits, before we get started. It is not mandatory to read this but it will greatly improve you for trainings and the like.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩†۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The following information helps avoid drills or activities that could potentially be useless to the trainees, while teaching the officers how to execute proper training procedures. This training formula is designed to hone the skills of rankers- ranging from capabilities during combat, to exercising discipline. The ranks of HR's up (and MR's may assist) are very much encouraged to refer to this guideline, as it presents many useful lessons to everyone in the empire.
For a training to be official, it MUST be shouted. No exceptions. (By official training, it means that the trainer plans to hand out promotions and/or recommendations to the trainees.)
NOTICE:This manual may not apply to other regiments of the Canadian Army the individuals leading them may train their men however they see fit, or create their own manual.

For information on how to do these drills see the Canadian Army Handbook.
-Faces (5 mins)-
The first drill is mainly just a warm up. Several faces and some inclines should be given to the trainees during this chunk of the training. Remember that each turn should be done quickly and accurately.
-Musketry (10 mins)-
For musketry, the three main firing procedures (Volley, ripple, blanket) and musket positions (Shoulder arms, support arms, etc.) should be gone over.
Set the rankers in a side-to-side line formation, and have them take shots with those three firing procedures. Clones/bots are encouraged during this section of the training.
-Formations (10 mins)-
If not very effective during ROBLOX line battles, it certainly tests the soldiers’ abilities to communicate and work together. In the handbook, many formations are listed which can be utilized during this part. Each one should be reviewed to the trainees.
-Movement Drills (10 mins)-
In other words, this is a drill for line battling. Anything that includes forming, firing, and marching are to be included here.
When forming up, it must be performed quickly (Especially during a real case scenario- You’d want to form up faster than the enemy.) Speed and accuracy is the key to moving efficiently on the field. Repeatedly make the trainees form up, fire, reload and/or charge. Act like you would in an actual line battle, where there is no time for waiting.
A recommended way to do this drill is by setting up clones all throughout the map (Almost like a training course) and lead the line through it, shooting the clones.
-Bayonet Fighting (10 mins)-
Review of close-quarter combat should not just consist of a small tournament. Though it is a good way to practice; but giving the rankers helpful tips and advice on fighting is also very effective. After all, what is our army if we barely can kill in melee? Bayonet fighting should be reviewed first, and then the tournament can be held so the trainees can apply what they learned.
-Conclusion-
Once all of these drills have been completed, promotions and recommendations will conclude the training. The number of promotions given depends on the number of people attending. |
