The Den Lore
In 2096 the Atlanta Crisis occurred, and the United States split in two, the north and the south. The north was controlled by the USCPF and the south were controlled by The Peoples Republic Of Tidewater. With South America already fighting for control over Central America , South America quickly supported and allied the Peoples Republic Of Tidewater. In these times, chaos was constant on both sides, leaving people in the zones with nothing.This sparked up The Den, it first started when a young wastelander who was looking for a safe place to settle, when he found an old abandoned pre-war bunker near Southside in The Peoples Republic Of Tidewater. He quickly recruited anyone who was willing to help build a safe haven for those who wanted to get away from the conflict. As the news of a safe haven spread, more and more refugees from all across the Americas came to seek a new life in The Den. Soon with all the refugees coming to seek shelter at The Den, it motivated merchants and traders to settle down and make a profit from all needy refugees, but all was not peaceful. In 2112, a wealthy merchant who had gained his wealth from the refugees, decided to try to capture The Den from the founder and his followers, that led to a 2 day firefight that killed over 46 refugees and 17 Followers, this was known as The Collapse. When the firefight was over, the merchant was killed, but with all the casualties, the founder realized he needed to secure The Den, and a week later he hired over 50 mercenaries to protect the safe haven he had created from ruins, and secure a safe haven for those in need.
Now it is 2115 and The Den is one of the biggest cities in the Americas.
