Warning from ROBLOX for something that someone else did.

I claimed a group that had the words "robux" and "giveaway" in its name and I got a warning from ROBLOX because of it. I didn't make the group nor did I ever claim to be hosting a giveaway. In the Moderator Note for the warning, it said "We realize you did not intend to scam," and that is correct. I only intended to claim a group whose groupid ends in three '0's. The group in question is now named "[content deleted 1063000]." It's a pretty cool name, so thanks for that. :) I had to agree to the ToS to reactivate my account. Please remove the warning from my account if possible. I didn't give the group the name that violated the ToS, I only claimed it when it had no owner.

You'll have to contact ROBLOX directly and tell them that. I doubt they'd actually look on these forums unless something was going on.

You did violate the terms and service. Accepting the terms and service you agreed you read and understood all the rules. You might not of created the group name but you are the owner. It's like saying if my friend gets an illegal gun and then gives it to me since he doesn't want to keep it anymore. The cops find out it's me. According to you it shouldn't be my problem since I wasn't the one who purchased the illegal gun. ©WheatFields

How do you know the original owner didn't get in trouble?
