But really, whether you agree with me or not in the WCoR scandal, the fact that such a controversy would even arise suggests the possibility of corruption and abuse of power in the group (and if you agree with me then they already showed both of those) Clans need to stay decentralized. What I'd like to see is an organization which will serve purely to facilitate clan wars and corruption will be averted as the leaders of the clans will choose who judges

Right, a service to find middlemen in war negotations. This already happens fairly often but it's hard to find them sometimes
