Aimconfirmed and I have decided to convert First Battalion into a full scrim clan. The extent of my ideas will be posted below.
Leaders and responsibilities

For now, I'm only making enough scrim teams that have leaders to lead them. This is because I'll be going through an inactive phase through exams.
Leaders are responsible for training, recruiting, and organizing scrims for their scrim team.
First Battalion scrim teams can fight against other First battalion scrim teams, host collaborative scrims combining the best of both scrim teams, or, if the member count is substantial to their ranks, even declare war upon another faction within the First Battalion ecosystem.

Scrim teams will have their own governance but they're going to remain inside the First Battalion group, and under their shelter. Like states of the USA.
Leaders must be active and enthusiastic or they will be swiftly replaced.
