The following are the Orders, Medals, and other Awards that can be earned through a plethora of ways. I. Royal Orders of Knighthood - Normally gained through loyalty, and hard work. Note: All knights should be addressed as "Herr -surname", if no other title is present. I.a - Kungliga Serafimerorden (The Royal Order of the Seraphim) - - Single grade order of merit. Motto: "Iesus Hominum Salvator" - Awarded by Monarch. The highest Royal Order of Sweden. Only members of the High Command, may be in The Royal Order of Seraphim, unless His Majesty the King decrees otherwise in extreme cases. It is gained through loyalty, and dedication to Sweden. Knights of this Order are to be referred to not as a Knight of the Seraphim, but rather as a "Knight and Commander of the Orders of His Majesty the King". I.b - Kungliga Svärdsorden (The Order of the Sword) - - Five grade order of merit. Motto: "Pro Patria" - Warded by Monarch. Second highest Royal Order of Sweden. It only may be given to officers of the military, nobody else. This is given for immense bravery in combat, and a long or useful service record. Since it is a five grade order of Merit, there is 5 different versions that can be awarded. They are as follows. I.b.a - Knight - wears the badge on a ribbon on the left chest; - Knight 1st Class - wears the badge on a ribbon on the left chest; - Commander - wears the badge on a necklet; - Commander 1st Class - wears the badge on a necklet, plus the star on the left chest; - Commander Grand Cross - wears the badge on a collar (chain) or on a sash on the right shoulder, plus the star on the left chest;
