Today I am proud to announce a new system that will be put in effect in the next MR Training (1-14-17)
What it is:
It will be the same MR Training speeches, grammar, etc, but after the Trainer selects the Commanders to receive HR they will have to be trained by a select few Assistant Chief+ to train them how to train basically.
These training's will go over the TC Commands, What Admin Commands to use and what not to use, and how to train for every event.
Who will host these training's?
I have picked what I think the best choice to control these training's, I have picked Deputy Chief Shad_A. Shad will pick 4 Assistant Chief's+ to host these training's.
If you are picked at the MR Training you will receive a private message from either me, or Shad_A listing the days and times the training's will be hosted, if you pass you will be promoted.
There will be 3 Sessions on 3 different days.
Day 1: How to use the commands in the Training Center, what Admin Commands to use and not use.
Day 2: Learning how to host each event.
Day 3: Oath, and High Rank rules.
I believe this system will work great, and will make DPD much better in 2017.

@Minicar You will know if you're picked at the training you will just be PMed the schedule of the training's you need to attend

I have privacy mode on and I can't take it off. So if I get picked in the future I can't get a pm of the schedule. |
