Good Day, 16th Military Police Platoon,
I am your new Command Sergeant Major [CSM] of the Platoon and I will be working to enrich this platoon to the best of my ability. This message will include information regarding what I will be doing as the Command Sergeant Major, and what shall be expected.

Every time you have a superior, you want to know background information about them what all they will do, aye? Cause, I know I would.
I am a JROTC c/Major within my corp and currently set to graduate in May/June (Depends on weather). Set after about two weeks after school ends, I will be shipping off for Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base. Over the duration of the last three years, I have been an Air Force Junior ROTC cadet. However, my Freshmen year I was Army JROTC. I live off and cherish corp values for both the Air Force and the Army.
The Military Police is defined as Police for the base. Therefore, all personnel WILL be disciplined and uphold set corp expectations and obligations. Misconduct and insubordinate conduct are honestly something I will not put up with.
Now onto training fundamentals, aye?
- All (mandatory) training sessions will be scheduled at least one full day ahead of time (24 hours). Hopefully, once I get an idea of time zones I will be able to start hosting sessions convenient for all time zones.
I will be assigning a Platoon Sergeant soon as well. Currently, I do not know enough people within the Corp that would allow me to make a fair judgment. I will be assessing all operatives while on duty, taking notes (Logging activity, etc), and once available, I will make what I think would be the best decision for the Platoon Sergeant. I will expand this to search for someone is a time zone which may differ from mine.
