ARTICLE I
Flaming within the Veloxic Empire is strictly prohibited both between its own members and to other clans. The reputation of Veloxic Empire should be upheld to be prestigious, mature, and worthy of respect. Failure to do so will result in demotion, and possibly removal from the group and even blacklisting from moving up the ranks at all.
All members are expected to remain mature while on duty. This includes the on duty chat in discord, any official channels purposes for Veloxic Empire, the wall of Veloxic Empire, trainings, raids, and some events. This also includes adequate grammar and punctuation. Failure to uphold good behavior can result in demotion.
An official Veloxic Empire Uniform should always be worn at official events such as trainings and raids. A link to all the official uniforms is provided in the group description. Failure to do this can and should result in a demotion. If you do not have the funds to buy the uniform yourself, you may be accommodated with group funds or provided with a temporary uniform in a training or raid.
All members of Veloxic Empire should obey commands from a higher rank. If you believe their word to be unjust, you may immediately go to a higher ranking officer and provide proof so that action can be taken. Any rank prosecuted of giving unjust orders will promptly be demoted and possibly barred from ranking any further.
You should refer to higher ranks as “Sir” or “Ma’am” depending on the individual’s preference.
During raids, team chat should primarily be used. You can access team chat by typing “/t” and then your message. Failure to do this can result in the enemies knowing our plans, and can result in the individual being demoted.
Advertising and Recruiting is strictly prohibited on the group wall, discord, or any other official Veloxic Empire chat. Advertising of unofficial divisions is also prohibited. Anyone caught advertising or recruiting will be immediately exiled.
ARTICLE II
The Officers of Veloxic Empire includes all members W1 and up, including Council Chancellor. These members will abide to the rules stated in this document, and failure to do so will result in a termination of rank. All officers are expected to uphold a high general standard for good behavior. As role models, lower ranks look up to the higher ranks as to how to act. As an officer you are to show them maturity, respect, and decency. Respect is something that goes both ways, and the officers of Veloxic Empire are expected to treat their lower ranks with equal respect that is to be directed toward them.
All officers of Veloxic Empire should have an official Veloxic Empire uniform on at all times. As an officer in Veloxic Empire, your priority should be Veloxic Empire. Failure to wear the uniform will result in a suspension of rank until compliance. A link to all the official uniforms will be provided in the group description.
Officers ranked O1, O2, O3, and O4 should hold at least one training per week. However even with this amount, if the High Command feels a person is deserving of a demotion due to inactivity, they are free to do so. Failure to comply with a minimum amount of hosting per week will result in a demotion, and a possible barring from ranking up to their previous rank. An individual that is inactive may be demoted directly to E8 despite their rank.
Officers should always use shout tags when using the group shout. An explanation of how to use shout tags will be provided in the group description.
Officers should abide by the rules and regulations provided by the Training Guide which can be found in the group description.
ARTICLE III
The council of Veloxic Empire is a prestigious rank, which duties are to lead the Veloxic Empire while the Chancellor is either offline, unable, or simply to aid the Chancellor in leading Veloxic Empire. Their decisions and actions should reflect those similar to those of the Chancellor’s. The council should also, in their thoughts to the Chancellor, reflect those of the general population of Veloxic Empire. However although the focus for Veloxic Empire is to make its members happy, and to provide an environment that suits mostly everybody, the Chancellor’s word is ultimate, and upon prompting the Council to respect that, they should immediately. Failure to do so can result in a removal of rank.
There are three seats for council, each responsible for a department. The first department is Rank Progression, which is responsible of overseeing how each individual rank type progresses through the empire, E1-E8, W1-W2, and O1-O4. A system for promotions for each rank type should be specified. The second department is Technology which is responsible for overseeing development in Veloxic Empire technology at all times, whether it be the training center, fort, or other miscellaneous projects. Department of Clan Welfare is the third, and is responsible for overseeing Alliances, War, Justice, and Maintenance of activity. Further explanations for each department will be given in a guide provided in the group description.
Each council member is a “Vice Chancellor” to their corresponding department. Ultimately, the chancellor has the final word for each department. Although each council member is responsible for overseeing their department, any major or final decisions should be run by the Chancellor. For example, starting or ending a war.
ARTICLE IV
The chancellor of Veloxic Empire has the duty to maintain stability, control, and activity within Veloxic Empire. These three key aspects should be overlooked either indirectly or directly by the Chancellor himself. The chancellor has the final word in any decision within the Veloxic Empire, with no exceptions. Although the Veloxic Empire is not a democracy or republic, and all decisions are ultimately his or her’s, the Chancellor should look to his members, high ranks, and council for advice and consultation. The Chancellor’s decisions should reflect what is best for the empire, not himself, at all times. |
