Section I - Admin abuse Section II - Uniform Section III - Insubordination Section IV - Grammar Section V - Formal retirement Section VI - Raids Section VII - Various Notes and Rules ----------- Section I Admin Abuse The abuse of one’s administrative powers is not tolerated at all in the Galactic Empire. Admin abuse is not tolerated whether you are situated in training grounds or an area of conflict; it is simply not tolerated anywhere. First time minor admin abuse is to be punished by demotion, without warning. (Ie. :bighead me) Second time minor admin abuse is to be punished by removal of admin permanently. (May be appealed by Senate) If the subject's admin is restored and is caught carrying out minor admin abuse again, the subject will be addressed by the Imperial Ruling Council. Major admin abusers are to be given no warning. They will be st########f admin and all valor (ranks, including divisions) until Lord Vader or His Imperial Majesty Emperor Palpatine issues the appropriate sentence. Major admin abusers on the second count are to be removed from the group instantly. Commands that count as Admin abuse (Capital M is for major, lowercase m for minor): Training Bases: :Give (Gamepasses) (M) :Teleport (Only for emergency situations) (m) :Kill (Only for emergency situations) (M) :Watch (No watching of anyone above your rank) (m) :Fly (Only for combat viewing) (m) Combat Zones: :Give (M) :Teleport (M) :Kill (M) :Change (Stats) (M) :Watch (M) :Fly (M) :Respawn (M) ----------- Section II Uniform and Discharge The appropriate uniform is to be worn at all times whilst inside any imperial facility or imperial owned sector. When you join a division, you must stay in said division for one month. At that point, if you wish to leave the division, you must request a discharge. If your commander discharges you, you are free to join another division. If your commander denies a discharge, your request may be brought before the Senate. This will require a 2/3 majority to be lifted. If the Senate refuses to hear the case, you then can bring it to the IRC, in which all members must vote yes. If you leave a division without an honorable discharge, you will be severely punished within the Imperial Army and blacklisted from all divisions. ----------- Section VI Raids Before every raid, a Colonel+ should rally troops at the main headquarters. Before rallying troops, an HC+ must approve of the raid.. If the HC is not online or is unable to handle the request, a Moff may handle it. If a Moff cannot approve, then three Surface Marshals may. Every raid request must include the group the officer wishes to raid, provide the link to the location, provide the number of allied troops present at the rally, provide the number of the hostile troops at the location being raided, state if any hostile officers are online, and provide a basic description of the tactics being used during the raid. Before every raid, the officer in command must brief the troops involved. During every briefing, the officer in command must inform the troops of the following: -If any troops are caught taking orders from the enemy, they will be punished. -If any troops are caught surrendering, they will be punished. -If any troops refuse to pull out when the order is given, they will be punished. -All troops must give the location being raided a downvote. -After every raid, all troops must report back to the headquarters for a briefing and possible promotions. ----------- Section VII Various Notes and Rules To demote a Colonel+, it must be done by Grand Moff or higher unless it's urgent. Service members of all ranks may be outside of any military compound unless they are required to report otherwise. Service members of all ranks must be doing something productive while on imperial property. ----------- Please note that this document can be amended at any point in time, and that many rules are common sense, and are not limited to this document's text.
