SECTION I: ATTACKS

During the past several weeks, we have had numerous attacks on our state, both foreign and domestic. Many of these attacks occurred on Rockport soil; of which caused the death of many innocent citizens and law enforcement officers within our state. These attacks are the work of criminals who obtain illegal weapons from the black market, and use them to commit acts of violence of our great state. The State Capital, guarded by the Department of Homeland Security, has been placed on several lockdowns which varied in levels during this time period. A total of three (3) level three lockdowns, five (5) level two lockdowns, plus numerous level one lockdowns. The threat posed at Government officials during these lockdowns by attackers is tremendous. The lives of our GOs are at risk daily, and this is unacceptable.

SECTION II - EXPLOITIVE ATTACKS

During this time frame we have also seen many attacks from users using exploits to play audio, kill, char, and abuse in other ways. This poses a threat to ALL citizens on Rockport soil. These exploit attacks result in capital lockdowns, and the inaccessibility of many places within our state.

SECTION III - LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS

During this time of a Marital Law, the following agencies are to do the following:
Rockport National Guard: Neutralize any threat that could be posed upon other citizens or yourself. You are in charge of ALL departments during Martial Law. During this time you will be considered deployed. Deal with suspicious behavior carefully.
Rockport Department of Homeland Security: Lockdown level three (3) will be initiated. Any and all people who pose any threat to you or others are authorized to be neutralized. Making threats against the State Capital is an arrestable offense, those who do so are to be arrested for connection with plotting a domestic attack.
The Robloxian Cops: Resume action as normal, but be on very high alert. All situations can be very different from day to day patrol; be ready for anything. Any suspicious calls and or actions are to be reported to the National Guard or Homeland Security as soon as possible, and are to be dealt with cautiously. Stay out of the way of HLS/RNG when needed.

Other reasons behind needing a martial law are, but are not limited to:
*Constant attacks on city capital
*Unjustifiable murder of citizens by other citizens
*Unjustifiable murder of law enforcement by citizens
*Unjustifiable murder of citizens by law enforcement
*Crime rates are high
*Criminals are getting away with high profile crimes

*Lower murder rate
*Lower crime rate
*Decrease domestic attacks on the state capital

Rockport is not "under attack." The conditions for Martial Law are worlds apart from it's current condition.
Activating it would be a joke. This will only give law enforcement officers more power than they should have. |

If anyone is typing this "What attacks?" Have you seen remmington recently? We had to shut down 4+ times in one day due to exploiters and remember, When remmington was closed? We all dont want that. A M.L is the best choice, SoE doesnt do anything, We will get exploited DURING the SOE. Dont sign..If you want remmington to be closed again.

I wish I could take that back, I am realizing this is a bad idea, as this will increase corruption in Rockport, and defend those causing said corruption. The only attacks are due to the failure to Rockport's government and developers. |

People saying Tockport isn't under attack you are completely wrong because I was there when the Capital was on LL3 which is a code they is VERY rarely used so for the capital to be on LL3 it is a big deal and means something big is happening.

I really don't think we should have a ML, rather than declaring a State of Emergency is way much better. As if a SoE was declared, almost every emergency departments would get deployed to help out.
