The following procedures are to be used when the security of the Capitol needs to be increased. Department High Ranking Officials with shouting powers are expected to shout any lockdown levels on the main group.
Lockdown Level I: In the event of a threat in city, the main gate will be on lockdown so will be the side and back gates. Main gate will have tighter security. Civilians are not to be passed the Yellow Line or they can be arrested. Civilians are also not allowed to park close to any of the gates, They can park the road across but with the permission of the Lockdown Commander. The president and Vice President are to be secured inside in the oval office.
Lockdown Level II: In the event of attack is made against the White House, all gates will be reinforced with DHS agents. Secret Service are to have agents placed at every door to the White House. DHS agents are to have there vehicles parked in a barricade ## #### #### heading to the Gates. This is to prevent speeders and bombers. Civilians are not to pass the vehichles. President, Vice President and the Secretary of Defense are to be secured in a room that is farthest from doors.
Lockdown Level III: This is in the event of a MAJOR attack aganist the city. All roads leading to the White House will be blocked off by DHS agents and SWAT teams. The gates will be heavily fortified with Secret Service agents,DHS and SWAT teams. The President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense and Director of National Intelligence will be secured in the bunker.
Lockdown Level IV: This level will be RARELY used. United States Military to be on standby. DHS, Secret Service and SWAT have permission to arrest anyone on sight/Shoot on Sight. Secret Service has permission to leave the White House grounds, United States Special Forces will be deployed also. All government officals will be locked inside ## ## White House grounds. All Government Buildings are to be locked down.
