Some ROBLOX player's parents doesn't allow them to buy anything with credit card. There are machines called Cashterminal (there may be more, but I'm not really sure), in which you can add money in Steam or Webmoney. Webmoney is something like an online bank. You should add it as a payment method. You will get more money, but not more than 15K in the first 6 months (It will surely increase later). But well, there are surely more of these, but this is one of the popular "online banks".
