Welcome to Addison Hotels & Resorts Code of Conduct forum. In here, you can find guidelines that will help you indicate what you can and can not do. We expect everyone abide by these rules. Please read through each and every one of these guidelines and you fully comprehend what they mean. If any guidelines listed here are broken, you are allowing higher ranks to either demote you or fire you. Behavior: We want all of our staff members to be mature when working the hotel. We do not want to see you lacking any grammar, screaming at people, using vulgar language, disrespecting guests & staff, insulting guests, or trolling. If you want to do that, do it somewhere else besides the hotel. Asking for promotions: Workers are always asking for promotions. Asking for a promotion because YOU think you have done enough to obtain a certain rank does not mean we will give you a promotion. Asking for promotions will decrease your chances of being promoted and that can lead you into a demotion of your current rank. Asking if there are any Higher positions shows us that you will ONLY WORK for that position just to get admin. When we don't open higher positions, you won't work your best when no higher positions are open. This task should never be done. Admin abuse: Admin abuse is prohibited and will not be tolerated with any HR staff members. Use your admin wisely. When using admin commands to joke around with guests and staff, this will get you FIRED on the spot. Admin is to be used only protect the hotel only.
