Standardised Report (to be filled in by Mentors)
Do not wait until the end of the 14 day period before you fill this in, otherwise certain credentials will not be fresh in your head. Ensure you fill this report in with every detail you can muster as any vague answers will be detrimental to the Colonel’s education. This report is only a rough idea of what you need to tell us. Yes, you must answer what is asked here, but you should add ANYTHING else you think should be put down.
1. How many trainings/TDMs did you observe that the Colonel Hosted? Please give the amount of trainings and TDMs as SEPERATE numbers.
2. Analysis at the beginning of the fortnight interval. Comment, with as much detail as you can relevant to the events you reconnoitred within the first week:
-Time efficiency
-Event variety
-Teachings (did they show practical example or just 'throw' them into the arena?)
-Feedback
-Any other titles you can include, should be included.
3. Analysis at the end of the fortnight interval. The same as the second question, but relevant to the trainer’s qualities at the conclusion of the fortnight.

4. Analysis of the trainer’s behaviour and how they presented themselves at the beginning of the fortnight interval. Comment, with as much detail as you can, their behaviour in the first seven days.
-Maturity
-Attitude to trainees (rude, caring, firm, fair?)
-Leniency (did they keep the trainees in order, or did they run a mockery?)
-Grammar
-On or off task (did they get distracted/waste time easily?)

6. Did your mentee take the feedback you gave them on board throughout the 14 day period?
7. Did your mentee have a satisfying understanding of the training system? (training laws, NKVD laws, drill guide knowledge, etc.) Include all problems, if any.
8. Were there any outstanding issues regarding anything relevant to your mentee that needed to be address, or still need to be addressed? (i.e. misuse of admin at any point/lack of cooperation with you/disrespect to superiors?)
