This is Itz_Ma, These are the big main rule of EC company. Same to all companies obey the rules of EC and other companies. Big main rules as in these are the biggest rules of the LR-HR rules. Stands for everyone to obey these rules,if not obey you will lose your rank and someone else will take it.
1.No asking for ranks
2.No free ranking
3.Don't crowd a Hire rank
4.Demotion come forward throughout the EC and other companies
5.No hollering
6.Sit and wait for an interview
7.Don't say who you demoted on group shout out
8.Don't ask for your rank back when you got it taken away from you. (You got to work hard to earn it back.)
9.No advertising on group shout out or wall.
10.Don't disrespect others
11.Treat others the way you want to be treated
12.No scamming
13.No trolling
14.Ask questions instead of waiting
15. Have Manners
16.Grammar always needed
17.Proper spelling at all times
18.Read what you typed
19. Make sure your words make sense
20.Don't AA. A+A=Admin Abuse
