Conformance Act of 2017
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF ROCKPORT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. All law enforcement officers, be it Homeland Security, Rockport National Guard, or any other form of Law Enforcement cannot force any Citizen to break the law, or force them to do anything that can harm them physically.
SECTION 2a. Law Enforcement can be defined as any group/agency/department that enforces Rockport law.
SECTION 2b. Breaking this law is an felony, and the punishment for anyone who breaks this legislation is arrest.
SECTION 3. The Executive and Judicial Branch shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4. Upon passage of this legislation it shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
