You say this although you never made it above the rank of Justicar. Do you know why? Darius and I told you through many grueling and edgy conversations on TS3 to improve your attitude and stop crap posting on the Clans and Guilds subforum, just degrading your own image every day.

Meaning, people are promoted upon the basis that they have the knowledge and abilities required for the rank that they have achieved. Yes, people may be bias in certain situations, you cannot prevent this as everyone is human.
You left RAT and you act like you know everything and anything regarding to the inner workings of the group, yet you couldn't understand the simple instructions of "improve your attitude and you'll go far" restated by myself and many others several times.
I was considering giving you Marshal but you lack the listening skills to take my advice into consideration.

Yeah. Being friends with important people helps you progress. However, to get from Justicar to Marshal an Admiral has to like you personally to some degree. You just can't be incompatible with your Marshal. Getting to Admiral requires a HiCom vote so as your future peers they have to like you and get along with you.

Yes, because Marshals are admirals replacements in training. You cannot work with someone (under them as an "apprentice" to take their spot eventually) if they cannot stand to even talk to you.

RAT is a social circle, but it's not bad..
Most clans have social circles, in RAT it's so easy to join the social circle as long as you aren't acting like an idiot, basically everyones cool with everyone until someone starts doing something dumb..
Now I'm not gonna lie.. some Admirals shouldn't be Admirals and some Marshal's shouldn't be Marshals..
But as you said, "you have to be friends with people to get promoted"
Nah, that's not true I got to Marshal in three different branches and some of the HICOM HATED me lmao..
Obviously they aren't going to give you Marshal if everyone dislikes you.. that's common sense. |
