Message from Governor:
Hello citizens, of the state. I am governor Bowler.
I am here to tell you a few things about the state that will happen,
To start, ONLY the governor can command the Executive Branch.
With that Lt governor commands Legislative branch, and CCJ commands Judicial Branch.
Next on the agenda is,
Any GO+ found doing ANY crime in the city, will be impeached, as well as AOS for 1 week.
Onto Admin Commands for the Executive Branch,
Their will be a EO, stating the ONLY Commands they can use. Anyone caught using the wrong commands will be Punished accordingly.
Next on the agenda is about RHS. (Riverville Homeland Security)
This department will be abbreviated as RHS, NOT RHLS as homeland is 1 word not 2.
The governor will pick the Director for this department soon,
When He/She is added for it, the governor as well as the head will make a R&G for the department.
Till the group is up and running anyone who is found on RHS team is to not leave the grounds the farthest they can go is the RPD turn around point,
They are to Patrol inside of capital in a EVO, as well as guard gate.

Message from Lt. Governor:
Hello, today I am going to talk about elections for congress.
I will be the sponsor for the House of Representatives elections as the absence of a Speaker Of The House
The starting date will occur in the following days
Once we have a reasonable amount of House members, SoTH elections will be hosted.
As for the senate, I will host elections as I'm the President of Senate,
Elections for Senate will probably occur at same time of House Elections.
I am now finished with my statements.
