For all recruit trainings, there must be one Senior Drill Instructor(SDI), and two Drill Instructors(DI). This rule may very based on members. Recruit training is made up of 12 weeks of very hard training and disciplinary tasks to form the civilian into a marine. Here is the Recruit training(RT) schedule that Drill Instructors must follow.
WEEK ONE- You will gather all recruits on the yellow foot prints in their CIVILIAN CLOTHING. Here is the introduction you will give them (YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE THIS). YOU ARE NOW ABOARD MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT, PARRIS ISLAND SOUTH CAROLINA. YOU HAVE JUST TAKEN THE FIRST STEPS INTO BECOMING PART OF THE WORLD'S MOST FINEST FIGHT FORCE, THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. STARTING NOW, YOU WILL WORK AS A TEAM, YOU WILL EAT, SLEEP, TRAIN, AND WORK AS A TEAM. THE WORD "I" IS NO LONGER IN YOUR VOCABULARY. After this introduction, you will march them to the two silver hatches. You will then say STANDING BEFORE YOU ARE TWO SILVER HATCHES, THESE HATCHES REPRESENT YOUR TRANSFORMATION INTO BECOMING PART OF THE WORLDS MOST FINEST FIGHTING FORCE. You will have them enter, and have the two drill instructors direct them to the left side of the seats. Have them be seated and explain them basic rules and have them pick an MOS. Once MOS is picked, take them to the classroom and explain ranks(THEY ARE STILL IN CIV CLOTHING).
WEEK TWO- From the classroom, take the to the MCX and explain them their uniforms. have them get in MCCUUs (NO COVER) and take them to barracks. All of the DI's should be wearing their proper Drill instructor charlies. March them to barracks and you will explain their sleep time(2 mins) and assign platoon leader and bunks. have them sleep.
March them to MCX And have them wear helmet with woodland MCCUU, take them to the rappel tower.
BARRACKS- Sleep
Make the recruits do PT(WOODLAND PT's) Have them do Jumping jacks, runs, and exercises. DO NOT GO TO COURSE ON THIS WEEK
March to MCX and put them in MCCUU with cover. Take them to firing range and give them M4 Carbine RCO. Let them have one magazine to practice. After that, ONE AT A TIME, you will have each recruit fire 10 shots at first target, 5 at second, 3 at very far one. Out of 18 shots, they must hit 12.
BARRACKS- Sleep
Put them in MCCUU and cover and make them do the Confidence course. Explain to them that they MUST WORK AS A TEAM AND NOT TO LET ANYONE BEHIND. Let them know its not a race and not timed, THEY MUST USE TEAM WORK AND COMMUNICATION.

WEEK ELEVEN- Take them to MCX and have them put on MCCUU and Helmet. Take them to beginning of crucible(DIRT ROAD) and have them wear a ruck sack. Give them M4 Iron sights and explain they have to lay down cover fire to move from one obsticale to next, once they reach the road, have them march to Iwo Jima monument and give them the Oath.(AS SHOWN) - I USERNAME , do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
WEEK TWELVE- Take them to MCX and make them everyone wear E-2 Charlies and have the platoon leader wear E-3 Deltas.(DRILL INSTRUCTORS MUST BE IN ALPHAS OF RANK) Take them to barracks to undergo inspection, after inspection, to the to parade deck and graduate them.
NOTICE- Drill instructors may speed the recruits 50-75 when marching from place to place.
