After a depressing loss to Green Bay in their first appearance in the playoffs since their super bowl run in 2012, the Giants have officially ended the 2017 season.
This thread will track everything, from major staff changes,free agent signings, and other player transactions during the offseason. Once the season starts,games and other relevant news will also be posted.

The off-season starts off with the signing of 9 free agents to the roster, however it's likely these players will not have a big impact on the 2017 season. |

There have been reports of internal conflicts between the coaches and the players regarding play calls during the season, believing that since they used the same offensive formation on 90% of plays, it made it really easy for defenses to counter most offensive plays. |

The hole Odell punched in lambeau has been fixed, no word yet on any fines.
Besides that, since the loss to Green Bay, the Giants have made 16 changes to their roster, most of them signing practice squad players to future contracts. Among these signings is former Colts starting center Khaled Holmes. |

Giants have signed a new kicker to possibly replace Robbie gould,who's contract will run out after this offseason.
Adrian Peterson has expressed interest in joining the Giants should he get let go by New York. |

-Physciologist John F. Murray said that based on what he's seen of Odell, that his behavior on the sideline doesn't look like any sort of serious mental issues, such as bipolar disorder. He believes that Odell just needs to control his emotions.

-Victor Cruz said that the infamous Miami trip before the Green Bay game was a mistake.
-many rumors are swirling around the football world about the New York Giants, specifically on free agency. Many believe that the Giants are interesting into signing Cincinnati Offensive Lineman Andrew Whitworth, who will be a free agent this season. Other rumors include Adrian Peterson signing with the Giants and a definite change in position for Left Tackle Ereck flowers to the Right Tackle position, and other changes to the offensive line. |

-JPP is expected to be resigned, it is expected he will not get his infamous "at least 85 million" contract request.
-Veteran Long Snapper Zak DeOssie has officially been resigned to a two year deal. As of now, only him and Eli Manning are the only players under contract from the 2012 super bowl win, as JPP has yet to officially sign his contract. Also, with the recent cuts of Victor Cruz and Rashad Jennings, Eli Manning is the only player over the age of 30 on the current giants roster. |
