Below are the Tier 1 training guides. In the shout, here is an example:
"Tier 1- Airport Staff training NOW at the Training Center!", same goes for the others, it should only be one rank training at a time. Not a tier 1 training as a whole.

NOTICE: For the Pilot Portion, trainees must not be trained from that unless there are under 6 pilots. The Pilot in Training should be the portion to use if the Trainees applied for rank 4. The pilot portion during regular situations is used for promoted Pilot in Training's.
