Crispy Cones - Training Procedure

Once you’re a member of the Management Team, you are permitted to host training sessions. This thread will guide you on how to properly host a training session! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ STEP 1: Planning The Training Session Trainings may be hosted randomly, but there is a limit on when to host. You may only host an interview if the last session ended an hour or more prior to when you want to host. STEP 2: Shouting Before you begin training, the host must shout that there are trainings being hosted. SHOUT FORMAT: [TRN] Trainings are now being hosted! Head on down to the TC to further sharpen your skills! https://www.roblox.com/games/473676896/Crispy-Cones-Training-Center STEP 3: S##ver-Locking 10 – 20 minutes after shouting, the host may server-lock. Once the server is locked, the host should shout for s-lock. SHOUT FORMAT: [TRN] Trainings are now s-locked! Sorry if you couldn't make it! STEP 4: Beginning Training Session After the host has shouted for the server-lock, trainings may begin. The host (or another admin) should number all LRs present at the TC from 1 to 4. Then, the LRs should go find their trainer using their team number. STEP 5: Training Once everyone is with their respective trainer, trainings may begin. The trainer must order a total of 5 items from each of their trainees separately. The first 3 items will have no time limit, but the last two items will have a time limit of 30 seconds. A point is given for each item they get correctly. One may only get promoted if they receive a score of 5/5. STEP 6: Concluding the interview Once all the LRs have been trained, the host may end the session by shutting down and shouting.
