The basic requirements a Tryout+ Must know.

Upon being promoted to Private you are required to join a regiment. The rank of Tryout means your not actually in the regiment, Your tying out for it, Hence the name "tryout."
In order for a Tryout to be accepted into a regiment he/she first must attend a Regiment Training. Regiment Training's can only he held by a Major+ in the regiment. If you are confused about how regiments work and the way a rank in the regiment corresponds with a rank in the army, Talk to an Officer or High Rank.
The Coldstream Guard is Elite Line Infantry and the Royal Guard. If you wish to tryout, one must know all the firing drills, musket commands, faces, ect. to a certain degree. One also must have good grammar, maturity and skill when it comes to combat. It is required that one reads the Field Manual and Code of Conduct.
Dress Code:
Infantry [Cadet-Sergeant Major]
You are the lifeblood of the regiment, you maintain and keep Britain safe from rebels and invaders. You are expected to remain mature and professional while in all group places. You are to call Officers/Command ranks by Sir or Ma'am; Field Marshal as: "Your Grace" and the King as: "Your Majesty"
Infantry Dress Code includes;
Proper hat
Proper uniform
Realistic skin color
Back pack
Appropriate hats (Beards, Eye patch, etc.)
Officer [Second Lieutenant-Lieutenant Colonel]
You maintain the well being of the regiment's soldiers. You control and assist in the training of Soldiers. You will be expected at all times to use grammar and remain professional as well as mature. You will refer to the soldiers by their ranks if there is more than one rank present you will refer to them as for example: Private [USERNAME]. You will refer to your superiors as Sir or Ma'am; Field Marshal as: "Your Grace" and the King as: "Your Majesty"

Regiment Commander [Colonel- General]
You command the regiment, You oversee all productions with in the regiment.Your job is to maintain the regiment's soldiers to the up-most disciplined level. You will refer to lower ranks (Soldiers and Officers) by their rank. You will need to call all higher ranks Sir or Ma'am; Field Marshal as: "Your Grace" and the King as: "Your Majesty" You are also to train the Soldiers.
Regiment Commander Dress Code includes

Proper uniform
Sword at side
Realistic skin color
Appropriate hats (Beards, Eye patch, etc.)
Training's:
Only the rank of Major+ can host a regiment training. Just because one is an officer in a regiment that does not mean they can act as an officer to soldiers outside of his/her regiment. The components in a regiment training for the ColdStream Guard are everything listed in the Officers Manual and Field Manual. Since this regiment is Elite Infantry, Each soldier must have each command memorized and preform each command without question. One must also have good grammar and maturity to obtain promotion or be accepted into the CSG.
If a 2nd Lt. Wishes to host a training he/she first must seek permission from the rank of Major or higher and there must be at least four soldiers (Cadet-Staff Sergeant) attending it for it to be an official training. The Major+ must also supervise the training. Sergeant-Sergeant Major are only allowed to Co-Host a training with permission from the host of the training. The rank of Major or higher can host training's as they please.
The Host/Co-Host will go over each command in the training until everyone in the line understands the command.
In order to host a successful training one must know how to do it properly, There is a specific order of events:
1 Firing Drills.
2 Musket Commands.
3 Formations.
4 Faces
5 Duels (If everything else is finished in under 1 hour)
6 Promotions
Promotions and Demotions:
The rank of Major and higher has been granted the permissions to promote and demote ranks below them. The only reasons they should be promoting are, They excelled in a training or event, Free ranking will not be tolerate If you are caught free ranking your friends, you will be Court Martial-ed. No demoting ranks unless without a good reason.
