From the end of the nuclear war to the late 2070s (ATF5) to the late 2080s (ATF6) Germany in specifics has been failing rapidly in keeping control over its citizens and the economy. Since the sudden stalemate of the war, there has been little change and moves to recovery and the people have grown restless over time. Riots every couple hours would consume cities and worker’s began to rebel in full assault with whatever they had against authorities. A certain revolution broke out once more in the Fatherland, with a few parties here and there springing out of the darkness to give their political opinions but few listened and the government in charge took full notice in the point of even raiding citizen’s houses and threatening many of them to stay clear from rebellious militiamen. The economy would soon start to seriously plunge and by 2078 (ATF5) 2084 (ATF6) it was already a complete anarchy in the nation, populous areas becoming grounds for mafias and other heinous crimes.The borders of Germany became a no zone for neighboring countries. Only a few classes of people, much like the wealthy or government appointees, were safe from the chaos.
By 2088 (ATF5) 2098 (ATF6), however, a man by the name of Erich von Wulfram had come out from the dark of the subterraneans. With his ideas of renewing the old with the help of learning from past mistakes much like the causes of World War II replaced by the original thought of small isolation to keep away from foreign control while conforming with many non-Germanic cultures, trading goods and other qualities, included with education. He opened up gateways to new businesses and research departments and organizations in multiple fields of science and allowed unrestricted methods and techniques of art and literature. Although, in the making of this, he performed extremely violent militarism against the mafias. The black market ceased to function in the nation and with that said created fear in many of those who would threaten the German population with any means of aggressive force. In 2091 (ATF5) 2100 (ATF6) he gained control of Germany by force. Having the old government soon to lose its grip and the people lose their hope in them, they looked to Erich von Wulfram, his party the New International Worker’s Party (Neue Internationale Arbeiterpartei) or nicknamed to him “The One Party”. To him meaning the way to a path ahead of all else, avoiding serfdom, racial inequality, a large gap between the rich and the poor not just because of their social status, but as well their own way in thoughts. A party that will work its hardest to give civilians and its own citizens paying labor work and/or government positions such as senator, ambassador, supreme court, or legislative. This party is one of few with a mix between an dictatorship rule and freedom for the people with a set of rights given, much like the Constitution of the United States. Naturally being called a republic. He created set rules that must be followed adopting certain ideas from multiple other nations or from the Enlightenment Era, one of which has intrigued him by a great wonder so far besides the holy wars of the 11th and 13th century and the world wars of the 20th century.
In the events that took place in the campaign against those who massacred the German peoples, he created mass movements and encouraged unity in racial differences. In the fall of the Second Communist, Marxist Revolution, he outwardly declared war on the Soviets and their allies. He banned the idea and theory of Communism and other failed political ideas that would force Deutschland back into a state of anarchy. He provided grand support for the Anti-Bolshevik Anti-Communist groups and supplied propaganda against them, enriching the rivalry between the German states and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. He made medicare cheap for those who couldn’t exactly afford high-end aid while the wealthy had to pay a few taxes and the price was higher. Though this satisfied at least 89% of the nation, 9% of the others adjusted to accept these new terms while the 2% held a many grudges against Erich’s regime. This 2% will usually be National Socialists, Pure Socialists or marxist sympathizers and/or just anarchists and mob gangs. Of course, they are being hunted down throughout undergrounds and hiding spots.

In 2097 (ATF5) 2108 (ATF6), Erich von Wulfram made the stand to move on to other areas of the world to aid where those of the previous superpowers had control over failed. He waged a war against crime threatening any who dared commit acts of tyrannical compulsions or they would surely have hell fire over their heads. One of his first decisions was to move to the United States of America, a once respectful yet intimidating superpower now shattered in a fourth civil war and undermined by the Communist party they so strongly despised. However, knowing the difficulty of passing through waters into uneven territory, considering the damage that European nations have sustained from the war, that the United States has seemingly forgotten quite a few of its old allies. And with the known fact that there are still many ships that are needing to be manufactured, he ordered a limit of one-hundred men on board with him his personal war prepped cruiser, the Otto. An issued order of twenty Schutzgruppe der Partei (Protection Group of the Party), fifty soldiers and the rest either mariners, military police, joint service members or a few general staff. However, in this time the United States military is very suspicious of any one group or nation even if they bear recognized flags. With this thought in mind, he requested the assistance of an escort by British fleets. At the end of the escort, US Naval fleets immediately requested a boarding inspection of, specifically, Erich’s ship only. During this inspection, naval officers took the German in for several questions asking him his purpose for coming here to America, why he only brought a few men with him, and what their task was. One question in particular was asked of, “How is the current condition of Germany?”. He answered with one simply response. “Ready.”
