The False Weapons Act
This document states the dangers of the legal guns that even through all the complaint and protest still remain on sale. This bill is to be sent to congress to be accepted. Any supporters and I are protected under the First Amendment, therefore have the right to express my feelings on the mistakes the Government has made.

PART 1:
The Revolver was the first gun created for citizen use and protection. It was created for a way to "protect" citizens for V2 and on. Unfortunately, This gun was the cause of the uprising of organized crime and crime in general. I wish to instead of having a Revolver, we can replace the weapon with a non-lethal variant of Pepper Spray. This is so any hostile or corrupted cop could be knocked down or stunned, and the citizen could run away and report this to the cops. This keeps the purpose of citizen protection but keeps the criminal intent away. Of course, there would be spammers who would use this to annoy and troll, but it's better then having a citizen re-spawn every two seconds, just because they wanted some coffee.

PART 2:
The UZI was recently made illegal. I say this is a HUGE step for Docklands government but, it doesn't cause any problems. Criminals with the funds can still buy the gun and use it at will. Instead of an UZI, we can replace it with a Stun Taser, this taser will deal no damage and much like the pepper spray i proposed, it will only be able to be used for the purposes of Self Defense.

PART 3:
The Minigun. This is pretty much to self explanatory. Having the minigun makes no sense, it is a pointless way for the rich Docklands Citizen to abuse and takeover a server in a matter of minutes. I feel the Minigun could be replaced with nothing. It isn't necessary and if the bill is accepted, there is still Self-Defense weapons. People who bought the minigun and have proof can get a pay back.

PART 4:
Conclusion. In The Bill Of Rights or Constitution, there is nothing stating the right to bare arms, meaning this bill is in fact, Constitutional. I say Thank you to the readers and an even greater thanks for those you put #Support in the comments.
