Since roblox uploaded the new logo, i join any game and i get 2 of these messages:
-You have lost connection to the game.
-ID Failed =17
I have tried everything from the help center and still, one day later and a restart later i still can't play anything.
Does anyone have this problem too? And if you don't and had, tell me how to fix it!

I can't even join at all. When I click the play button nothing happens... I can't any games on my account at all (and No I was not banned.)I had to make another account and play which is annoying as I can't use game passes If anyone can help me please do. |

You can try these things;
- Reinstall ROBLOX
- Reset your router

How do i properly reset my router?
Dumb question ik but do i just turn off the router from the eletrecity?

The button ist mostly on the side or bottom of the device.
Press it, wait 1 minute and then turn it back up, might take 2 mins if yours is as old as mine.

The site gets really slow for me every night at 8 PM EST.
I think they web team is doing stuff,since the issue has been occurring since around 2 weeks ago.
Just email [email protected] if the issue persists.
Oh,and TRY re-installing and rebooting your pc.
This way,you can get a reply from a human when you tell them you did,instead of a 'Try reinstalling our software' bot.

Wow, 5 minutes later i try joining a game and it works!
Seems to be half fixed, i tried the first game and it worked perfectly fine for few seconds, then i left and tried a newer game and lost connection at a black screen but not the loading screen.

me too, now i can only play specific games, games like streets of bloxwood says id = 17 or somthn and others like street racing unleashed i can play normal
